Insurance/ Self Pay
I accept Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Cigna PPO insurance. I also accept private/self pay clients.
Session Rates
Out of pocket, sessions are $150 per 50 minutes. In certain circumstances you may qualify for a lower fee.
Out of Network Benefits
For out of network benefits, I can provide detailed receipts for reimbursement if applicable.
Methods of Payment
Payment in the form of cash, check, debit/credit card, HSA/FSA card, Pay Pal is accepted at the beginning of each session. In certain circumstances arrangements can me made.
